摘 要:为指导符合拉伸性能要求的玻纤织物复合材料的制作,探究代表性织物结构参数与玻纤织物复合材料拉伸性能之间的关系,选取纬密、织物厚度、经织缩率三个织物结构参数作为自变量,测试玻纤织物复合材料的拉伸断裂强力和拉伸断裂伸长率并作为因变量,使用偏最小二乘(PLS)法得到织物结构参数与玻纤织物复合材料拉伸性能之间的相关线性方程,表明可通过织物结构参数预测玻纤织物复合材料拉伸性能。In order to guide the fabrication of glass fiber fabric composites which meet the requirements of tensile properties, the relationship between the representative fabric structure parameters and the tensile properties of glass fiber fabric composites was explored. Three fabric structure parameters including weft density, fabric thickness and warp shrinkage were selected as independent variables, and the tensile breaking strength and tensile breaking elongation of glass fiber fabric composites were tested and used as dependent variables. The dependent linear equations between the fabric structure parameters and the tensile properties of glass fiber fabric composites were obtained by using the Partial Least Square(PLS) method, which showed the tensile properties of the glass fiber fabric composites could be predicted through the fabric structure parameters.
