摘 要:将一定粒径的聚全氟乙丙烯(FEP)粉末均匀地撒到芳纶针刺毡上,然后对其进行高温烘燥和冷轧处理,使FEP粉末熔融黏合在芳纶纤维表面,在芳纶针刺毡表面形成由FEP颗粒组成的微孔薄膜结构。通过对芳纶针刺毡的透气性、表面结构和耐磨性进行测试,发现经过撒粉涂层处理的芳纶针刺毡的透气性明显下降,其耐磨性高于PTFE微孔覆膜芳纶针刺毡,说明撒粉涂层是一种有前途的、可以替代PTFE微孔覆膜工艺的技术路线。FEP powder with a certain particle size was evenly sprinkled on the aramid fiber needled felts, which were then treated by high-temperature drying and cold rolling, so that the FEP powder was melt-bonded to the surface of aramid fiber, and a microporous film structure composed of FEP particles was formed on the surface of the aramid fiber needled felts. By testing the air permeability, surface structure and abrasion resistance of the aramid fiber needle felts, it was found that the air permeability of the aramid fiber needled felts significantly decreased after the powder coating process, whose abrasion resistance was higher than that of PTFE microporous aramid fiber needled felts, which indicated that the powder coating was a promising technology alternative to the PTFE microporous coating process.
