摘  要:基于激光显微镜技术,通过一种简单、快捷的长丝纱线横截面样品制作方法,获得纤维横截面图像。利用Image-Pro Plus(IPP)图像分析软件对纤维横截面图像进行识别和分割,测量纤维直径,然后利用SPSS软件对纤维直径测量数据进行分析,得到纤维直径分布,以帮助企业监控和改善纤维直径的均匀性,进而提高产品质量和稳定性。结果表明:相比于其他纤维直径测量方法,本方法具备快速、便捷、准确、成本低的特点。Based on the laser microscopy technology, the images of fiber cross-sections were obtained by a simple and fast filament yarn cross-section sample preparation method. The Image-Pro Plus(IPP) image analysis software was applied for identifying and segmenting the images of fiber cross-sections to measure the fiber diameters. Then the measured data of fiber diameters were analized by using the SPSS software to obtain the distribution of fiber diameters, which could help companies monitor and improve the uniformity of fiber diameters, and then increase the quality and stability of products. The results showed that, compared with other fiber diameter measuring methods, this method was rapid, convenient, accurate and of low cost.
