摘　　要：结合中压环网设计基本原则和环线特点,提出一种基于自愈单环供电网的中压网路接线方案,以及配套的运行方式、继电保护和安全自动装置配置方案。从安全可靠性、经济性、可实施性、运营管理等方面对所提方案和既有方案进行分析比较。该方案在满足系统安全可靠性要求的前提下,简化了一次系统接线和系统运行方式;较之既有方案,具有工程投资低,一、二次接线简单,便于工程实施和运营管理等优点。Combined with the basic principle and the ring line characteristics in medium voltage ring network design,a scheme of medium voltage network connection based on self-healing ring and operation mode is presented,including the matching equipment operation,relaying protection and security automatic device configuration.The scheme is compared with the existing ones from aspects of safety,reliability,economy and implementation,the result shows that in the premise of meeting the system safety and reliability requirements,the new scheme simplifies system wiring and system operation mode,featuring low engineering investment,simple primary and secondary wiring,convenient implementation and operation management.
