水针刀治疗前斜角肌综合征的效果观察

摘　　要：目的评价水针刀治疗前斜角肌综合征的临床效果。方法连续选择2016年10月至2017年10月入我院诊断前斜角肌综合征患者共110例,由电脑随机生成数字将其分为对照组和观察组各55例,对照组采用常规针灸法,观察组采用水针刀,每周1次,连续4周为1个疗程;对比治疗前、治疗后及随访3个月、6个月肩部疼痛视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、肩关节功能评分、中医症候积分以及临床有效率。结果观察组治疗后及随访3个月、6个月的VAS评分和中医症候积分均明显低于对照组,肩关节功能评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后及随访6个月观察组临床有效率均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论水针刀治疗前斜角肌综合征有较好的应用安全性和有效性,值得临床推广。Objective To assess the efficacy of injector needle scalpel for scalenus anticus syndrome.Methods From October 2016 to October 2017,One hundred and ten consecutive cases of scalenus anticus syndrome treated at our hospital were recruited and randomly divided into control group(n=55)and observation group(n=55).Cases in the control group received conventional acupuncture therapy,and those in the observation group were treated by injector needle scalpel once per week,and 4 weeks for a course of treatment.The VAS scores for shoulder pain,shoulder joint functional scores,and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores were compared before treatment,immediately after treatment,and at 3 months and 6 months after treatment.The clinical response rate was recorded.Results The visual analogue scale(VAS)score for shoulder pain and TCM syndrome score immediately after treatment and at 3 months and 6 months after treatment were significantly lower in the observation group than those in the control group;and the shoulder joint functional score was significantly higher in the observation group than that in the control group(P<0.05).The clinical response rate of the observation group was much higher than that of the control group immediate after treatment and at 6 months after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Injector needle scalpel proves to be safe and effective for scalenus anticus syndrome and is worthy of popularization.
