摘　　要："毛尖茶"是毛泽东同志1956年给予黔南茶的"名称",它无意间"替代"了原作为黔南茶之名的"鱼钩"茶,也以特定的形式终结了上千年的国家与地方交流的传统方式。黔南茶作为中国茶的一个重要组成部分,也是重要的黔的方物,是传统中具有地方性的物的表征,在历史上的黔地方与国家的交流中作用巨大。本文从"物的地方性""黔南茶作为地方贡赋与国家交流的历史""黔南茶‘地方意义’的转变和再创造"展开研究,以求展示从"黔南茶"到"鱼钩"茶再到"毛尖茶"的变化中,"黔南茶"的文化意义的变化与再创造,以及"地方意义"和"国家权力"交流的意义,并体现以毛泽东为代表的新国家、新文化对于地方与国家关系的一种新的期许。“Maojian”tea was named by Mao Zedong in 1956.Unconsciously,it replaced“Yugou”tea(a local traditional name to Maojian tea),which finished traditional approaches of the local and government exchange by a particular form for thousands of years.“Qiannan”tea is not only a key component among Chinese tea,but also a more important local product of“Qian”.In traditional Chinese culture,it is a thing with local characteristics,which play a key role between local and government in history.This paper researched“Qiannan”tea in the field of“local things”,“tells a history between local tributes and governmental exchange”,and“the change and recreation of‘local meaning’of‘Qiannan’tea”to reveal the change and recreation of culture meaning of‘Qiannan’tea,and the significance of exchanging in both of“local meanings and governmental powers”and the new expectations to the relations between the local and the government of a new country on the center of Mao Zedong in the change from“Qiannan”tea to“Yugou”tea to“Maojian”tea.
