摘　　要：目的评价基于区域医疗联合体的社区高血压病健康管理的效果。方法于2015年6月从开展区域医疗联合体的甲、乙、丙3个社区卫生服务机构的基本公共卫生服务信息系统中随机抽取原发性高血压患者1 600例做为观察组;选取未参与医疗联合体的某社区卫生服务机构的原发性高血压患者600例作为对照组。对照组实施常规诊疗,而观察组在实施常规诊疗的同时运用区域医疗联合体相关机制对其进行管理。研究实施时间为1年,比较2组实施前、后高血压患者规范管理的情况。结果研究实施前,2组患者基线数据差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。研究实施1年后,观察组高血压患者规范管理率、血压控制率均高于对照组、月平均医疗费用低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论三级医院与社区卫生服务机构建立区域医疗联合体,可提高社区高血压管理的有效性、规范性与连续性。Objective To evaluate the outcomes of health management for community hypertension based on regional medical association(RMA).Methods A total of 1600 patients with essential hypertension were randomly sampled and included as the study group from the basic public health service information systems of three community health service organizations participating in RMA since June 2015.A total of 600 patients with essential hypertensionregistered to anon-RMA community health service organization were included as the control group.The control group was given routine diagnosis and treatment,while the study group received additional management guided by RMA-re-lated mechanism.The follow-up time was one year,and the standardized management was compared between the two groups before and after the study.Results Before the study,there was no significant difference in the baseline data between the two groups(P>0.05).At 1 year after the start of study,the rates of standardized management and blood pressure control in the study group were higher than those in the control group,whereas the monthly average medical cost was lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The es-tablishment of RMA involving tertiary hospitals and community health service organizations can improve the effective-ness,standardization and continuity of community hypertension management.
