摘 要:目的针对扁桃在北方地区栽培易受早春晚霜的危害,选择花器官较能抗寒的品种。方法以晋扁系列4个扁桃品种蕾期和花期的花器官为试材,应用电导法测定其电导率,并配合Logistic方程建立回归方程,确定其半致死温度(LT_(50))。结果 4种扁桃蕾期和花期的花器官相对电导率均随温度的降低而增加,呈"S"型曲线,遵循Logistic方程的变化规律。蕾期的半致死温度在-7.2~-9.0℃之间,抗寒性大小依次为晋扁3号>晋扁2号>晋扁1号>晋扁4号;盛花期的半致死温度在-1.5~-5.8℃之间,抗寒性大小依次为晋扁3号>晋扁1号>晋扁2号>晋扁4号,且蕾期均比花期的抗寒性强。结论晋扁1、2、3号3个品种的花器官抗寒性较强,可在北方地区引种栽培。Objective The almond cultivation in northern China is vulnerable to early frost in early spring.To select the variety of flower organs that are more resistant to cold.Method Flower organs of four almond varieties of Jinbian series at bud and flowering stages were used to determine their electrical conductivity,and a regression equation was established to determine their semi-lethal temperature(LT 50).Result The relative electrical conductivity of floral organs in budding and flowering stages of the four almonds varieties increased with the decrease of temperature,showing a“S”curve,which followed the variation law of Logistic equation.The lethal temperature of bud stage was between-7.2^-9.0℃and the size of cold resistance was successively Jin Bian 3,Jinbian 2,Jinbian 1 and Jinbian 4.The semi-lethal temperature at flowering stage was between-1.5^-5.8℃,and the cold resistance was Jinbian 3,Jinbian 1,Jinbian 2 and Jinbian 4.And the cold resistance of bud stage is stronger than that of flowering stage.Conclusion The cold resistance of floral organs of three varieties of Jinbian 1,2 and 3 is relatively strong,and the three varieties can be introduced and cultivated in the North area.
