摘  要:【目的】未熟抽薹是早春结球甘蓝产量损失的原因之一,为了进一步明确甘蓝抽薹性状的遗传基础.【方法】以易抽薹、晚熟、不结球的‘R_4P_1’为父本和晚抽薹、早熟、圆球的‘R_2P_2’为母本构建了126个重组自交系群体F7-8,从1 230个分子标记中筛选出408个多态性分子标记,并对控制甘蓝抽薹性状的QTL进行标记定位.【结果】387个分子标记定位到9个连锁群中,覆盖长度838cM,标记间平均图距2.2cM;在第8染色体上定位到1个与抽薹时间相关的QTL(qbt-2-2),其贡献率为9.1%,加性效应为-1.23,分子标记为CB10139.【结论】本研究构建的遗传图谱标记数量多,平均密度大,准确性高,标记CB10139可用于晚抽薹资源的筛选及耐抽薹甘蓝品种培育.【Objective】Premature bolting is one of the reasons of yield decrease of heading cabbage in early spring,and the study was aimed to clarify the genetic basis of bolting character of cabbage.【Method】A mapping population consisting of 126 F7-8 recombinant inbred lines(RILs)derived from an intraspecific cross between R4P1(easy bolting,late-maturing and non-heading)and R2P2(late-bolting,early-maturing and heading)were used in this study.A total of 408 SSR polymorphic molecular markers were screened out from 1230 markers.A high-density linkage map was constructed by using Joinmap 4.0 and MapQTL 6.0,and the QTLs related to bolting character of cabbage were identified.【Result】Totally 387 markers located in 9 linkage groups were identified with 838 cM in length and an average distance of 2.2 cM between markers.A QTL(qbt-2-2)located in chromosome 8 and associated with bolting time was identified,with the contribution rate of 9.1%and the additive effect of-1.23.Meanwhile,a molecular marker CB10139 with qbt-2-2 was also identified.【Conclusion】The genetic map constructed with a large number of markers was high marker density and high accuracy.The marker CB10139 can be used to screen late bolting cabbage resources for bolting-tolerant breeding.
