摘 要:【目的】为探明光质对油茶苗生理生化特性的影响.【方法】以2年生‘长林4号’油茶扦插苗为试材,研究LED不同光质处理下油茶苗可溶性物质含量、内源激素水平及抗氧化酶活性的变化.【结果】LED不同光质对油茶苗中可溶性物质含量、内源激素水平及抗氧化酶活性相对于对照(白光)差异较为显著,且各光质处理之间也存在较大差异.蓝光处理下油茶苗可溶性蛋白、游离氨基酸和IAA含量最高;红光处理下油茶苗可溶性糖和MDA含量最高,可溶性蛋白、IAA和GA含量最低;R1(红/蓝=1/9)处理下油茶苗POD活性最高;R3(红/蓝=3/7)处理下油茶苗GA含量最高;R5(红/蓝=5/5)处理下油茶苗SOD活性最低;R7(红/蓝=7/3)处理下油茶苗SOD和CAT活性最高,MDA含量较低,ABA含量最低;R9(红/蓝=9/1)处理下油茶苗ABA含量最高;所有处理下油茶苗POD和CAT活性均高于对照,而ZR含量均低于对照.【结论】研究结果将为油茶育苗光质的选择提供有益参考.【Objective】In order to investigate the effects of light quality on physiological and biochemical characteristics of Camellia oleifera seedlings.【Method】Changes of soluble matter content,endogenous hormone level and antioxidant enzymes activity of seedlings under different LED light quality were studied by using two years old cuttage seedlings of Changlin-4 Camellia oleifera as materials.【Result】The differences of soluble matter content,endogenous hormone level and antioxidant enzymes activity of seedlings were significant compared to the control(white light).And the differences were also significant among different treatments of light quality.Under the treatment of blue light,the content of soluble protein,free amino acid and IAA in leaf were the highest;Under the treatment of red light,the content of soluble sugar and MDA in leaf were the highest,the content of soluble protein,IAA and GA were the lowest;Under the treatment of R1(red/blue=1/9),the activity of POD in leaf was the highest;Under the treatment of R3(red/blue=3/7),the content of GA in leaf was the highest;Under the treatment of R5(red/blue=5/5),the activity of SOD in leaf was the lowest;Under the treatment of R7(red/blue=7/3),the activity of SOD and CAT in leaf were the highest,the content of MDA was lower,and the content of ABA was the lowest;Under the treatment of R9(red/blue=9/1),the content of ABA in leaf was the highest;The activities of POD and CAT in all treatments were higher than those in control,while the content of ZR in all treatments were all lower than those in control.【Conclusion】The results could provide a useful reference for the selection of light quality in Camellia oleifera seedling.
