摘  要:频发的冰灾是电力系统最严重的威胁之一。云计算、大数据、物联网、移动互联网、人工智能等技术的快速发展和不断融合创新,将会深刻影响电网防冰抗冰技术的发展。首先对智能技术的内涵及其在电力系统中的应用进行概述,讨论了智能技术在灾前预防与预警、冰情监测、融除冰技术、灾后应急等应用场景;其次重点介绍了智能技术在防冰抗冰工作中的应用路线方案,结合具体智能技术分析了相关工程技术问题的解决路径;最后通过分析明确智能技术在防冰抗冰工作中具有广大的应用场景的结论,且系统指出了防冰抗冰智能化的发展方向。Frequent occurrence of ice disaster is one of the most threats to the power system.The intelligent technologies such as cloud computing,big data,internet of things,mobile internet and artificial intelligence continue to integrate,innovate and develop rapidly,and will affect profoundly the development of anti-icing technology in power system.Firstly,an overview of the connotation of intelligent technologies and their applications in power system is summarized,its application scenes in pre-disaster prevention and early warning,ice monitoring,melting and de-icing technology and disaster relief are discussed.Secondly,the application route scheme of intelligent technologies in anti-icing work is highlighted,and the solution path of related engineering and technical problems with specific intelligent technology is analyzed.Finally,it is verified that the intelligent technologies have a wide range of application scenarios in anti-icing work through analysis,furthermore,the development direction of anti-icing intelligence is pointed out systematically.
