服务治理标准在郑州轨道信息化建设中的研究与实现

摘　　要：采用SOA技术模型提出一种用于信息化管理企业服务的治理理念和实施标准,更好地解决企业信息化管理过程中的服务规范和执行效率问题。通过对现有集成系统的现状、业务处理及其应用软件功能类型分析梳理后,研究设计了适用郑州地铁一体化标准服务管理的软件构架,着重服务软件生命周期的流程管理。实践证明,该服务治理标准实施后,有效地提高了已有系统的可用性、性能、安全性、可修改性、可测试性和易用性,为企业经营管理提供了全面有效的数字化管理和服务。We proposed an governance concept and implementation standard for enterprise service management of informatization based on SOA technology model,which could better solve the problems of services standard and execution performance in the process of enterprise information management.A software architecture which was suitable to Zhengzhou metro integration standard service management was studied and designed after we analyzed and carded the present situation,business processing and their application function types on the existed integration system.It paid much attention to the process management for software service lifecycle.The practice proves that availability,performance,security,modifiability,testability and usability of the existed system are enhanced effectively after implementation of the service governance standard.It provides the comprehensive and effective digital management and service for enterprise operating management.
