摘 要:主要研究利用净水污泥和啤酒厂废硅藻土制备复合陶粒,探索了不同配比和不同煅烧温度对产物性能的影响,评估了利用净水污泥和废硅藻土制备陶粒的可行性。结果表明,将净水污泥和废硅藻土按不同比例混合,通过加入一定量的CaO有助于改善产物的各项性能。比较分析优化条件发现,在1 000℃时煅烧的净水污泥、硅藻土、CaO配方质量比例为8∶2∶1的陶粒的成型、1 h吸水率等均表现良好。通过进一步增加粘结剂和陶粒骨架成分比来优化原料配比,从而提高烧结体的抗压强度。This paper has mainly studied the utilization of sludge from water purification plant and waste diatomite from brewery for the preparation of composite ceramsite,explored the influence of different proportions and calcination temperatures on the product performance and evaluated the feasibility for the preparation of the ceramic.The results show that mixing purified water sludge with waste diatomite,along with a certain amount of CaO is helpful to improve the product performance.Through the comparison,analysis and optimization of the testing data,it was found that the product of 8∶2∶1 ratio incinerated at a temperature of 1 000 degrees is the best sample with the better shape and performance in 1 h water absorption.With more binders and framework ingredients of ceramist added,it can enhance the compressive strength.
