面向个性化推荐的甘肃景点旅游信息挖掘

摘　　要：随着互联网、移动手机、云计算、大数据、人工智能等技术的迅速发展,旅游信息资源海量增加.甘肃作为旅游大省,其旅游产业是全省国民经济的支柱型产业,始终保持高速增长的发展态势,而传统的旅游管理和模式无法满足用户个性化旅游需求,针对甘肃旅游资源,应用数据挖掘、数据分析等方法研究各类旅游数据,对用户的旅游信息进行聚类分析及综合整理,及时掌握和搜集游客较为感兴趣的旅游目标、景点信息、旅游攻略及兴趣爱好,并形成不同种类的旅游服务方案,对最佳的旅游项目和旅游目标等客户感兴趣的旅游信息加以个性化推送,尽可能满足各类游客个性需求.在此基础上构建了个性化推荐旅游信息挖掘模型,并应用在甘肃景点旅游中.With the rapid development of technologies such as the Internet,mobile phones,cloud computing,big data,artificial intelligence,etc.,tourism information resources have increased dramatically.As a major tourist province,Gansu’s tourism industry is the pillar industry of the national economy of the province,and it has always maintained a high-speed growth trend.The traditional tourism management and mode cannot meet the individualized tourism needs of users.According to Gansu tourism resources,this paper applies data mining,data analysis and other methods to study various types of tourism data,conduct cluster analysis and comprehensive arrangement of users’tourism information,timely grasp and collect tourist targets,scenic spots information,travel strategies and hobbies that tourists are more interested in,and form different kinds of travel service programs.The tourist information of the best tourist projects and tourist targets that is of interest to customers is individually pushed to meet the personalized needs of various types of tourists as much as possible.On this basis,a personalized recommending tourism information mining model is constructed and applied to Gansu attractions tourism.
