针刺配合耳穴贴压治疗结肠脾曲综合征疗效观察

摘　　要：目的比较针刺配合耳穴贴压与西药治疗结肠脾曲综合征的疗效差异。方法将56例结肠脾曲综合征患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组28例。治疗组采用针刺配合耳穴贴压治疗;对照组采用口服枸橼酸莫沙必利片治疗。观察治疗前后视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分变化,并比较两组临床疗效、随访3个月复发率。结果两组治疗后VAS评分与同组治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),且治疗组的改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组的总有效率为92.9%,优于对照组的71.4%(P<0.05)。3个月后治疗组复发率为30.8%,明显低于对照组的77.8%(P<0.01)。结论针刺配合耳穴贴压治疗结肠脾曲综合征疗效优于西药治疗,且复发率低。Objective To compare the therapeutic efficacy between acupuncture plus auricular point sticking and Western medication in treating syndrome of splenic flexure of colon(SSFC).Method Fifty-six SSFC patients were randomized into a treatment group and a control group,with 28 cases in each group.The treatment group was intervened by acupuncture plus auricular point sticking;the control group was intervened by mosapride citrate tablets.The change in Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score after the treatment was observed.The clinical efficacies were compared between the two groups and the relapse rate was evaluated at the 3-month follow-up.Result The VAS scores changed significantly after the treatment in both groups(P<0.01),and the improvement in the treatment group was more significant than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 92.9%in the treatment group,significantly better than 71.4%in the control group(P<0.05).The relapse rate at the 3-month follow-up was 30.8%in the treatment group,significantly lower than 77.8%in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Acupuncture plus auricular point sticking can produce a more significant efficacy and a lower relapse rate than Western medication treatment in treating SSFC.
