电针夹脊穴预处理促进CSM术后神经功能康复临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察电针夹脊穴预处理对脊髓型颈椎病(CSM)减压术后血清S-100B、NSE含量及神经功能康复的影响。方法 58例择期行减压手术的CSM患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组29例。治疗组在术前实施电针夹脊穴预处理,对照组不予处理。观察两组不同时间血清S-100B、NSE含量及改良JOA(mJOA)评分变化。结果术后6 h、1 d、3 d,治疗组血清S-100B含量低于对照组(P<0.05)。术后6 h、1 d、3 d、5 d、7 d,治疗组血清NSE含量低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组在术后7 d、1个月、3个月mJOA评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论电针夹脊穴术前预处理可降低脊髓减压术后血清S-100B、NSE含量,促进脊髓型颈椎病术后神经功能康复。Objective To investigate the effect of pretreatment with electroacupuncture at Huatuo jiaji points on serum S-100B and NSE contents and neural function recovery after surgical decompression for cervical spondylotic myelopathy(CSM).Method Fifty-eight CSM patients to undergo elective decompression surgery were randomized to treatment and control groups,with 29 cases in each group.The treatment group received preoperative treatment with electroacupuncture at Huatuo jiaji points and the control group,no treatment.Serum S-100B and NSE contents were measured and the mJOA score was recorded in the two groups at different times.Result Serum S-100B content was lower in the treatment group than in the control group at 6 hrs and 1 and 3 days postoperatively(P<0.05).Serum NSE content was lower in the treatment group than in the control group at 6 hrs and 1,3,5 and 7 days postoperatively(P<0.05).The mJOA score was significantly higher in the treatment group than in the control group at 7 days and 1 and 3 months postoperatively(P<0.05).Conclusion Preoperative treatment with electroacupuncture at Huatuo jiaji points can reduce serum S-100B and NSE contents after spinal cord decompression and promote neural function recovery after surgery for cervical spondylotic myelopathy.
