药物铺灸治疗肾虚型男性不育症疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察药物铺灸治疗肾虚型不育症的临床疗效。方法将100例肾虚型不育症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组50例。治疗组采用药物铺灸治疗,对照组采用口服五子衍宗丸。观察两组治疗前后精液指标的变化,并比较临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为80.0%,对照组为46.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后精液量、精子密度、白细胞数、畸形率、精子活率和精子活力与同组治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后精液量、精子密度、液化时间、白细胞数、畸形率、精子活率和精子活力优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论药物铺灸和五子衍宗丸对肾虚型男性不育症均有效,都能改善精液质量,药物铺灸的疗效明显优于口服五子衍宗丸。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of spreading medicinal moxibustion in treating kidney deficiency-type infertility.Method One hundred patients with kidney deficiency-type infertility were randomized to treatment and control groups,with 50 cases in each group.The treatment group received spreading medicinal moxibustion and the control group,oral administration of Wuzi Yanzong pills.Semen indicators were observed in the two groups before and after treatment.The clinical therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups.Result The total efficacy rate was 80.0%in the treatment group and 46.0%in the control group;there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).There were statistically significant pre-/post-treatment differences in semen volume,sperm density,leukocyte count,deformity rate,sperm survival rate and sperm motility in the two group(P<0.05).After treatment,semen volume,sperm density,liquefaction time,leukocyte count,deformity rate,sperm survival rate and sperm motility were better in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Both spreading medicinal moxibustion and Wuzi Yanzong pills have a therapeutic effect on male infertility of kidney deficiency type and can improve semen quality,spreading medicinal moxibustion is more effective than Wuzi Yanzong pills.
