经皮穴位电刺激治疗围绝经期综合征的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察经皮穴位电刺激治疗围绝经期综合征的临床疗效。方法 144例围绝经期患者采用经皮穴位电刺激治疗。观察治疗前、治疗后、治疗后3个月Kupperman评分(KI评分)、围绝经期生存质量量表(MENQOL)评分、血清雌二醇(E2)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)水平的变化,并进行安全性评价,并将收集到的数据分别进行意向性分析(ITT)和符合方案集分析(PP)。结果 ITT分析和PP分析比较,得到一致的结果,与治疗前相比,治疗后及治疗后3个月随访KI评分均降低(P<0.05);与治疗前相比,治疗后及治疗后3个月随访MENQOL评分均下降(P<0.05),但治疗后3个月随访的MENQOL评分较治疗后升高(P<0.05);与治疗前相比,治疗后血清E2水平上升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后及治疗后3个月随访血清FSH水平与治疗前比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论经皮穴位电刺激可以改善围绝经期综合征患者的临床症状,提高患者的生存质量,改善血清E2水平,且较为安全。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of transcutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation in treating perimenopausal syndrome.Method One hundred and forty-four patients with perimenopausal syndrome received transcutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation.The Kupperman Index(KI)score and the Menopause-Specific Quality of Life(MENQOL)questionnaire score were recorded and serum estradiol(E2)and follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH)levels were measured before treatment,at the end of treatment and at three months after the completion of treatment.The safety was assessed.The data were collected for the intention-to-treat(ITT)analysis and the per-protocol(PP)analysis.Result A comparison of the ITT analysis and the PP analysis showed consistent results.The KI score decreased at the end of treatment and at three months after the completion of treatment compare with before treatment(P<0.05).The MENQOL questionnaire score decreased at the end of treatment and at three months after the completion of treatment compare with before treatment(P<0.05)but increased at three months after the completion of treatment compare with at the end of treatment(P<0.05).Serum E2 levels increased at the end of treatment compared with before treatment and there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in serum FSH levels at the end of treatment and at three months after the completion of treatment compare with before treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion Transcutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation can relieve the clinical symptoms,improve the quality of life and increase serum E2 levels with safety in patients with perimenopausal syndrome.
