摘　　要：目的探讨大鼠斑蝥酊天灸发泡的相关影响因素。方法采用斑蝥酊刺激大鼠皮肤,观察并统计斑蝥酊药物浓度、药物剂量、斑蝥酊贴药时间、贴药后是否加压、是否重复加药、大鼠发泡部位、室温等方面的差异性。结果 5%200?L的斑蝥酊贴敷于SD大鼠项部两耳后脊柱两旁区域,并在2 h后重复给药200?L 1次,4 h后可以实现稳定的天灸发泡。结论大鼠天灸稳定发泡的影响因素以人为因素为主,包括药物浓度、发泡部位、斑蝥酊贴药时间、是否重复加药、室温。控制好人为因素可以提高SD大鼠天灸发泡模型制备的成功率和稳定性。Objective To study the influencing factors in the formation of blisters in cantharides tincture vesiculation moxibustion in rats.Method The skin of rats was stimulated by cantharides tincture.The differences in cantharides tincture concentrations,doses,treatment duration,with or without compression after the application,whether or not a repetitive application,blister area and room temperature were observed and counted.Result With application of 5%cantharides tincture 200μL to the Sprague-Dawley(SD)rats in the bilateral areas near by the spine and behind the ears,and a repeated application 2 h later at the same dose,stable formation of blisters could be achieved 4 h later.Conclusion For vesculation moxibustion in rats,human factors are the main factors that influence the stable formation of blisters,including medicine concentrations,blister area,application duration of cantharides tincture,whether or not a repetitive application and room temperature.Good control of human factors can enhance the success rate and the stability of SD rat model of vesiculation moxibustion.
