摘 要:针对传统槽式太阳能集热器聚光不均匀导致较大热应力的情况,提出了一种新型加装聚光器的槽式集热器,并利用蒙特卡罗光线追迹法以及有限元法分析了新型集热器的聚光特性、热应变以及热应力等特性,得到了集热管周围的热流密度分布,再以此为基础分析了集热管周围圆周方向的温度场分布,从而对集热管的热应力进行了计算。结果表明:相较于传统槽式集热器的集热管,新型太阳能槽式集热器的集热管在管周方向的热流密度分布更趋均匀,从而应力、应变分布也有明显改善,可有效提高集热器的使用寿命。The thermal stress on conventional trough solar collector is relatively larger due to uneven light concentration.To solve this problem,a new type trough solar energy collector structure was put forward.Moreover,by using the Monte Carlo light tracing law and the finite element method,the concentrating characteristics of the new type collector,the performances of thermal strain and thermal stress of the collector tube as well as the heat flux distribution around the collector were obtained.On this basis,surrounding temperature field distribution of the heat collector tube was analyzed and the thermal stress on the thermal collector was calculated.The results show that,compared with the conventional trough solar collector,the heat flux density of the new solar trough collector's tube is more uniform in the circumferential direction of the heat collecting tubes,so the stress and strain distribution are also improved.As a result,the life of the solar collector can be effectively prolonged.
