摘  要:首先分析了磁力轴承支承刚度与其结构参数以及控制参数的关系,然后计算了磁力轴承的线性支承刚度。在此基础上,建立了磁悬浮鼓风机转子系统的动力学方程,采用传递矩阵法计算了该转子的临界转速与振型,研究了该转子的临界转速与磁力轴承支承刚度的关系,并对位移测量位置的合理性进行了分析。计算结果及相关结论将为磁力轴承和传感器的布置以及控制系统的设计提供重要依据。利用该计算方法,设计研制的磁悬浮鼓风机已成功投入工业运行。First,the supporting stiffness of the magnetic bearings and its relationship with the structural parameters and control parameters are analyzed.Then,the linear stiffness of the magnetic bearing is calculated.On this basis,the critical rotation speed and mode shape of the rotor were calculated by the transfer matrix method.In addition,the relationship between the critical speeds and the bearing stiffness was also analyzed.The rationality of the displacement measurement position was analyzed.The numerical results and conclusions can offer an important basis for the arrangement of AMB and sensors and the design of the AMB control system.The proposed method was used to design a magnetic levitation blower has been operating successfully in industrial.
