摘　　要：以北京某小区照明系统改造工程为例,重点介绍了照明系统节能改造方案、节能效益分享型合同能源管理的运作模式以及实施流程,为合同能源管理在建筑节能改造中的推广和实施提供一定参考。Taking the lighting system renovation project of a residential district in Beijing as an example,this paper mainly introduces the energy-saving renovation scheme of the lighting system,the operation mode and implementation process of energy-saving benefit-sharing type of energy management contract,which provides a certain reference for the promotion and implementation of energy management contract in building energy-saving renovation.
