摘 要:矿山常采用经验类比的方法确定上向进路充填采矿法充填体所需强度,该方法主观随意性较大,忽略因素较多。为了更科学合理地确定上向进路充填采矿法充填体所需强度,文章以充填体所起到的力学作用及爆破应力波的影响为分析依据确定小官庄铁矿充填体所需强度。考虑到上向进路充填采矿法中充填体应该起到自立性人工支柱和支撑顶板岩层松动压力的力学作用,同时考虑到爆破应力波的影响,通过自立强度模型方法、扩大压力拱理论和ANSYS/LS-DYNA显式动力分析软件模拟分别得到相对应的强度,综合确定出该矿的充填体所需强度。文章确定上向进路充填采矿法充填体所需强度的过程和方法,为相似矿山充填体强度确定提供了较为科学合理的参考。Mines often use the analogy method based on the experience to determine the required filling body strength of upward drift stoping and filling method,which is too subjective and arbitrary,and also ignores many factors.In order to determine the filling body strength of upward drift stoping and filling method more scientifically and reasonably,the paper determines the filling body strength of Xiaoguanzhuang iron mine based on the mechanical role of filling body playing and the influence of the blasting stress wave.Considering the fact that filling body of upward drift stoping and filling method should take mechanical roles as independent artificial prop and supporting the roof broken-rock pressure,and the influence of blasting pressure wave,the model-based methods of self-support strength,theory of distensible pressure arch and ANSYS/LS-DYNA explicit dynamics software simulation were used to get the strength respectively.Then the required strength of the filling body was determined.The process of determining the required strength of the filling body in upward drift stoping and filling method provided a more scientific and reasonable reference to similar mines in determining the filling strength.
