摘  要:目的探讨机器人辅助下袖状胃切除术的安全性及可行性。方法回顾性分析协和医院2015年3月至2017年7月完成的63例垂直袖状胃切除手术,其中28例为机器人手术(机器人组),35例为腹腔镜手术(腹腔镜组),比较2组在手术时间、术中及术后并发症、住院时间及费用、术后短期随访结局等方面的差异。结果机器人组的住院费用明显高于腹腔镜组[(84131±11002)元vs.(71756±5810)元,P<0.01],住院时间明显短于腹腔镜组[(4.80±0.69)d vs.(5.30±0.64)d,P<0.05]。而在手术时间、术中及术后并发症的发生率、术后半年内的随访结局等方面,2组均无统计学差异(均P>0.05)。结论使用机器人手术系统行袖状胃切除术治疗病态肥胖是安全可行的。Objective To explore the feasibility and safety of robot-assisted sleeve gastrectomy.Mehods Clinical data of 63 cases of sleeve gastrectomy performed in our institution between March 2015 and July 2017 were retrospectively analyzed.There were 28 cases of robot-assisted operation(RSG group)and 35 cases of laparoscopyCLSG group).The differences between the two groups were compared in operation time?surgical and postoperative complications?hospital stay and cost?and short-term follow-up outcomes.Results The overall cost was significantly higher in RSG group than in LSG group[(84 131+1 1002)yuan v.(7 1756±5810.)yuan,P〈0.01],but the postoperative hospital stay was much shorter in RSG group than in LSGgroup[(4.80±0.69.)days v.(5.30±0.64.)days,F〈0.05].No significant differences were noted in the operation time,surgical and postoperative complications and short-term follow-up outcomes.Conclusion It is safe and feasible to introduce the da Vinci surgical robot system to the treatment of morbid obesity.
