2013年—2017年长治市某医院论文发表情况分析

摘　　要：目的分析某医院2013年—2017年科研论文发表情况,为医院科研发展和发表高水平论文提供科学依据。方法运用Excel、文献计量法,对长治市某医院医学论文发表年度、科室分布、第一作者职称、学历和工龄等指标进行统计分析。结果 5年来共发表医学论文227篇,论文发表数量没有明显上升趋势,副高和中级职称、10年以上工龄、本科学历组是发表论文的主力军。结论论文的数量少,质量总体不高,医务人员科研能力不足。采取培训和激励等措施,促进全院科研论文水平提高,是科教科下一步工作的重点。Objective To analysis the scientific papers published during the year of 2013 to 2017 by The second people,s hospital of changzhi.To provide a scientific basis for research development and publishing high level papers.Methods Use excel and bibliometric analysis to analysis the year distribution,departement,the first author's title,deucation,seniority.Results In those 5 years,totally 227 papers were published,There is no obvious rising trend in the number of papers.The majority of the papers published by authors with subtropical high and Middle title,college and working more than 10 years.Conclusion The general quality of this hospital,s scientific papers was not high.The scientific research capability of medical staff was insufficient.The focus of our future work is take training guidance and incentive measures to improve scientific research level of medical staff.
