摘　　要：目的调查老年人肌少症的患病率及其影响因素,为提供针对性干预措施提供依据。方法采用现况调查的方法收集407例老年门诊患者的临床资料;采用In Body 230人体成分分析仪进行身体成分参数测量;使用握力器、6m步行速度评估肌力和躯体功能。了解老年人肌少症的患病率及其影响因素。结果老年患者肌少症患病率为22.6%,其中男性患病率为19.8%,女性患病率为25.2%;Logistic回归分析显示,年龄、体力活动水平、日常生活能力、BMI是老年患者肌少症患病的独立影响因素(均P<0.05)。结论老年患者肌少症检出率较高,其肌少症的发生与多种因素有相关性。临床医务人员应提高对老年肌少症的诊断意识,了解高危因素,及早采取综合干预措施。Objective To investigate the prevalence of sarcopenia and its influencing factors in elderly people in order to provide basis for further study.Methods A total of 407 elderly outpatients were recruited.The clinical data were collected using questionnaires.Body compositions were determined using In Body 230.Muscle strength and physical function were measured using hand grip and 6 m walking speed to investigate the prevalence of sarcopenia and its influencing factors in elderly people.Results The prevalence of elderly outpatient patients with sarcopenia was 22.6%.The prevalence of women and men was 25.2%and 19.8%,respectively.Logistic regression analysis showed that influencing factors of sarcopenia were age,daily activity ability,physical activity levels and BMI(P<0.05).Conclusions The positive rate of sarcopenia is higher among elderly patients,and the development of sarcopenia was correlated to various factors.Clinical medical staffs should improve diagnosis consciousness and master high-risk factors and adopt comprehensive interventions in a timely manner.
