白血病患儿照顾者照顾能力现状及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解白血病患儿照顾者照顾能力现状及其影响因素,为制订提高照顾者的照顾能力措施提供理论依据。方法采用一般资料调查表,照顾者照顾能力量表(caregiver task inventory,CTI)对125名住院白血病患儿照顾者进行问卷调查。结果白血病患儿照顾者照顾能力得分为(30.98±4.33)分。多元回归分析结果显示,白血病患儿年龄、化疗阶段、医疗费用支付方式,家庭经济收入及照顾者年龄、性别及每天照顾时间是影响照顾者照顾能力的主要因素(均P<0.05)。结论白血病患儿照顾者照顾能力水平处于中等偏下水平,照顾者照顾能力受诸多因素影响,需根据患儿及其照顾者的个体情况,给予疾病知识指导和社会支持,降低患儿照顾者身心痛苦和压力,以提高照顾者的照顾能力。Objective To investigate the level and associated factors of caregiving ability of family members who care for children with leukemia,and provide reference for improving caregiving ability of family caregivers.Methods A total of 125 pairs of children with leukemia and their family caregivers were recruited for the investigation in terms of their demographic data and comprehensive caregiving ability by caregiver task inventory(CTI).Results The comprehensive caregiving ability of the caregivers scored 30.98±4.33.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that age of children,income,phase of chemotherapy,healthcare payment method,age and gender of caregiver and daily caregiving time were predictors of caregiving ability of caregivers(P<0.05).Conclusions The caregiving ability of caregivers of leukemic children is relatively medium to low.Many factors affects the care ability of leukemic children.Medical staff should help them to alleviate the physical and mental pain and stress,provide disease knowledge guidance and social support and improve their caregiving ability according to the individual conditions of children and their caregivers.
