摘  要:目的探讨^(125)I放射性粒子植入患者家庭照顾者的真实体验和内心感受,以便为采取针对性的护理策略提供依据。方法采用现象学研究方法,选取2017年3月-9月在本院介入科住院的行^(125)I放射性粒子植入患者照顾者10名,进行半结构式深入访谈,应用Colaizzi现象学7步分析法分析材料,了解患者照顾者的照顾体验。结果通过访谈归纳出3个主题,包括患者照顾者心理压力过重、疾病知识缺乏、支持系统薄弱。结论医护人员要重视^(125)I放射性粒子患者照顾者身心健康,利用医院和基层网络资源为照顾者提供连续性的心理干预和健康教育,减轻其负性情绪,增加疾病应对知识和增强社会支持。Objective To look into the experience and sensations of the family caregivers of iodine 125I radioactive particle implantation patients and explore feasible and specific nursing strategies to relieve caregivers'psychological and physical burdens,improve their quality of life and provide quality services for patients.Methods The phenomenological methodology was used in the study.Ten family caregivers nursing 125I radioactive particle implantation patients March to September 2017 were selected as the subject in the study.Semi-structured interviews were performed to investigate their feelings and experience during the hospitalization and rehabilitation period.Result Three topics from our study were concluded:excessive psychological pressure,lack of knowledge of disease,and weak support system.Conclusion Medical staff should pay attention to the physical and mental health of the family caregivers of 125I radioactive particle implantation patients and provide continuous psychological intervention and health education by using hospitals and grass-roots network resources to provide effective help to reduce negative emotion,increase the knowledge of disease response and enhance social support.
