摘  要:为了深入研究大直径预应力管桩的力学性能,通过室内试验测试准1 400 mm预应力混凝土大直径管桩本身及接头抗弯及开裂性能,了解其承载力、抗弯强度及开裂发展规律,对大直径预应力混凝土管桩是否满足设计要求进行研究,验证其设计合理性和使用安全性。试验结果表明:大直径管桩桩身及管节接头实际抗裂强度均超过设计值,其中接头抗裂强度低于管身,但超出设计值的24%,桩身及管节接头极限抗弯强度超出设计值的11%以上。研究成果可为其推广应用提供理论支撑。In order to deeply study the mechanical properties of large diameter prestressed pipe piles,we tested the flexural strength and cracking behavior of prestressed concrete pipe piles with large diameterΦ1 400 mm and joints of pipe pile to study the law of its bearing capacity,flexural strength and cracking,and estimated whether the prestressed concrete pipe pile with large diameter meets the design requirements.The rationality and safety of pile design can be verified.The test results show that the actual crack resistance of large diameter pipe piles and pipe joints exceeds the design value,and the cracking strength of pipe joint is lower than the pipe body,but exceeds 24%of the design value,the ultimate bending strength of pile body and pipe joint exceeds 11%of the design value.The research results can provide theoretical support for the popularization and application of this pile in future.
