摘 要:结合英标中CEM I型水泥在安哥拉卡宾达卡约新港口项目的应用情况,阐明了CEM I型水泥在单掺矿粉或双掺矿粉和粉煤灰下的和易性和力学性能,确定了矿物掺合料的最优掺量。研究结果表明,矿粉和粉煤灰均能改善CEM I型水泥胶砂的和易性,且粉煤灰对其和易性的改善效果要优于矿粉,矿粉对其强度的增长作用优于粉煤灰。单掺矿粉时,最优掺量宜为40%~55%,最大掺量可达65%;双掺矿粉和粉煤灰时,总掺量宜为55%~60%,最大掺量可达65%,其中粉煤灰掺量宜为15%~20%。Based on the application of CEM I portland cement specified by BS standard in the project of the new port of Caio in Cabinda,Republic of Angola,we investigated and clarified the workability and mechanical properties of CEM I Portland cement that was mixed with ground granulated blast furnace slag(GGBS)or/and fly ash(FA),and confirmed the optimum mixing amount.The results indicate that both GGBS and FA can improve the workability of CEM I cement mortar,FA is more effective than GGBS to improve the workability,but GGBS has greater contribution than FA to the strength increasing.When mixed only with GGBS,its optimum mixing amount is 40%~55%and the maximum mixing amount may reach to 65%.When mixed with GGBS and FA,the optimum mixing amount is 55%~60%and the maximum mixing amount may reach to 65%,and the mixing amount of FA should be 15%~20%.
