摘 要:港珠澳大桥岛隧工程海底隧道工程处于外海高回淤、地质复杂区域,为防止相邻管节间发生不均匀沉降,在管节沉放完毕后对相邻管节对接端碎石基础进行注浆施工。基础注浆施工分注浆管架制作、管架沉放、注浆设备准备及基础注浆等工艺,施工工艺复杂,安全影响因素多,质量控制难度大。在注浆过程中,采用压力监测手段进行注浆监测,保证施工质量。经后续施工测量,注浆效果明显,有效减小了相邻管节间的不均匀沉降。The subsea tunnel engineering of the HZMB island and tunnel project locates in offshore high siltation and complicated geological area.The engineering carries out grouting construction on the base of gravel to prevent adjacent immersed tubes from uneven subsidence after the sinking.The grouting construction can be divided as grouting pipe rack manufacture,pipe rack sinking,grouting equipment preparation and foundation grouting process etc.The construction technology is complex,safety factors are many,and the quality control is difficult.In grouting process,grouting monitoring is carried out by means of pressure monitoring to ensure construction quality.After the subsequent construction survey,the grouting effect is obvious,which effectively reduces the uneven settlement of adjacent tube joints.
