复脑灵方对血管性痴呆大鼠模型的学习记忆能力的影响

摘  要:目的:观察复脑灵方对血管性痴呆(VD)模型大鼠学习记忆能力的影响,为中药治疗VD的临床应用提供部分实验依据。方法:选用雄性SD大鼠,采用双侧颈总动脉永久结扎(2-VO)方法制备VD动物模型,并随机分为假手术组、模型组、复脑灵方组。采用Morris水迷宫方法检测各组大鼠记忆功能。结果:逃避潜伏期结果显示:与假手术组相比,模型组逃避潜伏期明显延长,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);与模型组相比,复脑灵组逃避潜伏期明显缩短,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);空间探索结果显示,与模型组比较,复脑灵方组大鼠穿越平台次数有增加趋势,但组间无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:复脑灵方能改善血管性痴呆模型大鼠学习记忆能力。Objective:To observe the effect of Funaolingfang on the learning and memory ability of rats with vascular dementia(VD),and provide some experimental evidence for the clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of VD.Methods:Male SD rats were used to prepare VD animal models by bilateral common carotid artery ligation(2-VO).The rats were randomly divided into sham operation group,model group and Funaolingfang group.The memory function of each group of rats was detected by Morris water maze method.Results:Compare with the sham operation group,the escape latency of the model group was significantly longer(P<0.05);compared with the model group,the escape latency of Funaolingfang group was significantly shortened(P<0.05).For space exploration,compared with that in the model group,the number of passing through the platform of Funaolingfang group tended to increase,but there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Funaolingfang can improve the learning and memory ability of rats with vascular dementia.
