颅骨牵引患者采用酒精床上洗头的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的:采用随机对照的临床研究方案,探讨采用50%酒精洗发与传统洗发方法的差异,为长期持续颅骨牵引卧床患者洗头提供新方法。方法:采用随机对照试验的方法,将纳入试验的92例颅骨牵引患者随机分配到采用50%酒精床上洗头和传统洗发方式组(对照组),并以菌落数、操作时间和患者的舒适度进行评价。结果:试验完成良好,采用50%酒精床上洗发缩短了护理操作时间,增加了病人的舒适度及提高睡眠质量。结论:采用50%酒精洗发替代传统洗发方法,可增加了病人舒适度并具有省时省力,无需水冲洗、头发易干、操作简便的特点。Objective:To explore the difference of two wash hair methods(wash hair on bed using 50%alcohol shampoo and traditional shampoo methods),and to provide a new method for long-term continuous skull traction bedridden patients.Methods:92 patients with skull traction were randomly divided into two groups:50%alcohol shampoo group and traditional shampoo group(control group),and evaluated by colony count,operation time and patient comfort.Results:The study was completed well.Washing hair using 50%alcohol on bed shortened the nursing operation time,increased the patient's comfort level and improved the sleep quality.Conclusion:The method can be used to replace the traditional hair washing method.In addition to saving time and effort,the method can increases patient comfort and has the advantages of avoiding water washing,hair drying easily and easy handle.
