先天性下睑内翻手术治疗临床探讨

摘　　要：目的先天性下睑内翻在放大镜下手术治疗临床疗效。方法选取我院2015年2月至2017年10月先天性下睑内翻患者50例(90只眼),经不同手术方式治疗先天性下睑内翻倒睫伴或不伴内眦赘皮,观察角膜刺激症状、内眦形态、泪阜显露率、睫毛朝向,眼部外观,探讨临床疗效。结果先天性下睑内翻患者50例(90只眼),总治愈率97.8%(88/90),其中单纯皮肤切开双层缝合术治疗15只眼,治愈15只眼(100%);行皮肤切开+"L’'形皮肤切除+双层缝合术治疗36只眼,治愈36只眼(100%);皮肤切开+内眦Y-V成形+双层缝合术治疗29只眼,治愈28只眼,好转1只眼(96.5%);皮肤切开+下睑缩肌延长+双层缝合术治疗10只眼,治愈9只眼(90%),好转1只眼。结论经不同手术方式治疗先天性下睑内翻倒睫伴或不伴内眦赘皮,可取得功能和美观的双重效果。Objective Surgical treatment of congenital lower eyelid virus under magnifying glass.Methods Selected 50 cases(90 eyes)of patients with congenital inferior eyelid varus from February 2015 to October 2017 in our hospital.Different surgical methods were used to treat the skin of congenital lower eyelid with or without inner canthus.To observe the symptoms of corneal stimulation,the shape of inner canthus,lacrimosis exposure rate,eyelash orientation and eye appearance,and explore the curative effect.Results There were 50 cases of congenital inferior eyelid turnover(90 eyes).The overall cure rate was 97.8%(88/90),Among them,15 eyes were treated by simple skin incision and double suture,Cure 15 eyes(100%);36 eyes were treated by skin incision+'L'skin excision+double suture,and 36 eyes were cured(100%).Skin incision+Y-V formation of inner canthus+double suture for 29 eyes,cured 28 eyes,improved 1 eye(96.5%);Skin incision+extension of lower eyelid retraction+double suture double suture were performed on 10 eyes,9 eyes were cured(90%),and 1 eye was improved.Conclusions Different surgical methods were used to treat congenital lower eyelid with or without epicanthus,both functional and aesthetic results can be achieved.
