综合护理干预在小儿面部外伤整形美容缝合术中的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨护理干预在小儿面部外伤整形美容缝合术中的临床疗效。方法选取50例于2017年1月至2018年1月来我院行整形美容缝合术的面部外伤患儿作为本次试验的研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组25例和对照组25例,对照组给予常规的护理干预措施,观察组给予综合护理干预措施,对比两组患儿治疗的依从性、护理满意度及手术疗效。结果治疗后观察组的依从性明显优于对照组(P <0.05);治疗后观察组的护理满意度(92.00%)高于对照组(80.00)(P<0.05);全部患儿的手术均进展顺利,伤口全部外观平整,一期愈合,未出现明显瘢痕。结论在小儿面部外伤整形美容缝合术采用综合护理干预措施,可提高患儿治疗的依从性及护理满意度,疗效显著。Objective To explore the clinical effect of nursing intervention in the cosmetic suture of facial trauma in children.Methonds 50 cases of facial trauma in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected as the subjects of this test.According to the random digital table method,25 cases were divided into the observation group and the control group 25 cases.The control group was given the routine nursing intervention measures.The observation group gave the comprehensive nursing intervention measures and compared the two groups of children.Treatment compliance,nursing satisfaction and operative effect.Results After treatment,the compliance of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the observation group(92.00%)was higher than that of the control group(80.00),and the difference was significant(P<0.05).All the children underwent surgery smoothly,and the wounds were all flat and healed in the first stage without obvious scars.Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention in children with facial trauma and cosmetic suture can improve the compliance of patients with treatment and satisfaction of nursing.
