摘　　要：化学计算软件是药学研究的重要工具之一。对化学计算软件引入药学专业课程教学的必要性进行探讨,并以Gaussian和Gaussian View为例,对沙利度胺分子的立体异构体、表观静电势和分子轨道教学进行展示。The chemical calculation software is an important tool for pharmaceutical research.In this paper,the nece ssity of introducing chemical computing software into the teaching of pharmacy courses is discussed,and the Gaussian and Gaussian View software is taken to show the three-dimensional structure,electrostatic potential and molecular orbital of thalidomide.
