中药包联合场效应仪治疗寒湿痹阻型类风湿关节炎疼痛的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨中药包联合场效应仪治疗寒湿痹阻型类风湿关节炎疼痛的临床效果。方法选取符合中西医诊断标准的寒湿痹阻型类风湿关节炎患者100例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组予以西医治疗;观察组在对照组的基础上采用中药包联合场效应仪治疗。治疗2个疗程(14 d)后对比两组患者临床疗效及治疗前后关节疼痛评分(VAS)的差异。结果两组临床治疗总有效率分别92.0%和76.0%,观察组显著优于对照组(P<0.05),观察组VAS评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论通过中药包联合场效应仪治疗寒湿痹阻型类风湿关节炎,患者疼痛、关节功能障碍等临床症状得到有效缓解,值得临床应用并推广。Objective To explore the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)package combined with field effect instrument on pain of rheumatoid arthritis with cold and dampness obstruction.Methods 100 cases of rheumatoid arthritis with cold and dampness obstruction were selected,and they were divided into control group and observation group according to random digital table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group were treated with western medicine,and the observation group were treated with TCM package combined with field effect instrument on the basis of the control group.After two courses of treatment(14 days),the clinical efficacy of the two groups and the difference of joint pain score(VAS)before and after treatment were compared.Results The total effective rate of the two groups was 92.0%and 76.0%respectively,that of the observation group was significantly superior to that of the control group(P<0.05).And VAS of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion TCM package combined with field effect instrument in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis can effectively alleviate pain,joint dysfunction and other clinical symptoms,which is worthy of clinical application and popularization.
