制霉素片联合维生素AD滴剂治疗婴幼儿臀红的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察制霉素片联合维生素AD滴剂外用治疗婴幼儿臀红的疗效。方法选取144例腹泻婴幼儿患者,随机分为对照组(68例)和研究组(76例),两组均采取常规治疗,对照组加以外用炉甘石洗剂,并局部外涂爽身粉;研究组加以粉状制霉素片联合维生素AD滴剂,外涂臀部,治疗结束1周后观察两组疗效。结果研究组的治疗总有效率、显效率高于对照组,平均恢复时间则少于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗期间,两组患儿均未发现有不良反应。结论制霉素片联合维生素AD滴剂外用治疗婴幼儿臀红操作简便,效果显著,症状改善明显,缩短恢复时间,安全性较好,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the effect of nystatin tablets combined with vitamin AD drops on diaper dermatitis of infants.Methods 144 diarrhea infants were selected and randomly divided into control group(n=68)and experimental group(n=76).Regular treatments were used in both groups,based on which the control group were given external calamine lotion and topical application of talcum powder,and the experimental group were given powdery nystatin tablets combined with vitamin AD drops with external application for hips.And then,the curative effect of the two groups were observed one week after the end of the treatment.Results The total effective rate and the obvious efficiency of the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,but the average recovery time was less than that of the control group,difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).During the treatment,no adverse reactions were found in the two groups.Conclusion Nystatin tablets combined with vitamin AD drops on diaper dermatitis of infants is simple and effective.It can obviously improve symptoms,and shorten recovery time with high safety.And thus it is worth popularizing and applying in clinical practice.
