摘 要:为解决在沼气工程中秸秆利用率低、木质纤维素降解效率低等问题,利用"两相分区一体"新工艺装置,即上部酸化相、下部甲烷相的分段发酵工艺,以玉米秸秆为底物进行沼气发酵,对沼气发酵过程中产气效率各种指标的变化进行研究。结果表明:搅拌提高了"两相分区一体"反应器厌氧发酵的产沼气效率,其中搅拌的反应器日产气量、累积产气量都分别增加650 mL和20.79L,纤维和半纤维素的降解率提高了2.62%和3.74%,且经过搅拌7d后上层酸化相和下层产甲烷相的甲酸、乙酸含量均高于未搅拌的反应器。In order to solve the problems of low utilization rate of straw and low degradation efficiency of lignocellulose in biogas project,our study used a new installation“Integrated two-phase technology”,which combined an upper acidogenic phase and a lower methanogetic phase,and used corn straw as substrate to study the changes of various indexes of biogas production efficiency during biogas fermentationthe pricess.The results showed that the biogas production efficiency of anaerobic fermentation in"Integrated two-phase technology"reactor was improved by stirring,and the daily gas production and cumulative gas production increased 650ml and 20.79 L.The degradation rates of fiber and hemicellulose increased 2.62%and 3.74%.After 7 days of stirring,the formic acid and acetic acid contents of the upper acidified phase and the lower methanogenic phase were higher than those of the unstirred reactor.
