摘 要:固封极柱的固封式结构,导致导电体长期通电产生的热量无法散出,温升高引起绝缘失效成为固封极柱绝缘失效的主要原因。从影响温升的主要因素进行分析,提出减小主回路电阻、采用导电性好的材料、增加散热面积等温升解决方案。通过固封极柱温升试验及方案优化,验证了解决方案的可行性,并得出软连接方案在解决大电流固封极柱温升方面更具有优势。The solid sealing structure of embedded pole leads to not dissipating the heat generated by the long-term conduction of the conductor.The high temperature rising is the main reason for the insulation failure of embedded pole.Based on the analysis of the main factors influencing on the temperature rising,this paper proposed the solutions such as reducing the circuit resistance,using conductive materials with good conductivity and increasing the heat radiation area.Through the temperature rising test and scheme optimization of the solid sealed pole,the feasibility of the scheme was verified.It is concluded that the high-current solid-blocking pole soft connection scheme has more advantages in solving the temperature rising problems.
