摘　　要：针对传统喷毛带子纱色彩上不够灵动而设计了一款三色交替变换的喷毛带子纱,突破了传统股线类的花式纱线制作方法,选择色彩丰富原料,采用具有三罗拉异步喂入的新式喷毛机进行纺纱,结合其特有的电脑控制器来精确控制三罗拉的喂入速度来满足各色原料的间歇交替喂入,从而在纱线上呈现出交替变化的彩色结子效果。结合纱线的外观特征和性能,开发了一款轻柔舒适的纱线,其面料质地轻盈、保暖透气、手感丰满、色彩鲜明。In view of the color dullness of traditional spray hair ribbon yarn,a three-color-changing spray hair ribbon yarn was designed,which broke the traditional thread fancy yarn production method.Colorful raw materials were selected and new hair spray machine with asynchronous three roller feeding mode was used to spin yarns,computerized controller was integrated to precisely control the speed of three rollers to meet the changing feeding requirement of different colors,showing alternating colorful knops on the yarn.Combing the appearance features and properties of the yarn,a new comfortable yarn was developed,which was light,thermal retentive,breathable and colorful.
