摘 要:竹纤维产品受到广大民众的喜爱,但目前竹纤维的提取和生产难度较大,上浆工艺不成熟。采用XR-ST变性淀粉和CD-DF868接枝淀粉浆料对竹原纱进行上浆性能的测试。通过正交实验可知:含固率为8%、煮浆时间为40分钟、车速为35m/min时,对降低毛羽指数和增加强度效果最好。含固率为3%、煮浆时间为20分钟、车速为55m/min能最大保持纱线的伸长率。Bamboo fiber products are popular among people while the extraction and production of bamboo fiber are quite difficult and the sizing processing is not mature.The sizing properties of bamboo yarn were tested by XR-ST modified starch and CD-DF868 grafted starch slurry.Through the orthogonal experiment,it could be known that the effects of reducing the burr index and improving the strength were best when the ratio of the solid rate was 8%,the boiling time 40 minute and the speed 35m/min and the elongation of yarn was maximum when the solid rate was 3%,the boiling time 20 minute and the speed 55m/min.
