摘  要:选择DMPA和乙二胺基乙磺酸钠为亲水扩链剂,乙二醇、1,4-丁二醇、乙二醇胺、乙二胺为后扩链剂进行扩链,合成一系列水性聚氨酯,比较乳液性质和应用性能,优选扩链剂。结果表明,DMPA与1,4-丁二醇摩尔比R'=1:1~1:2,整理后织物各项性能优越。Taking DMPA and sodium ethylenediamine ethanesulfonate as the hydrophilic chain extenders,ethylene glycol,1,4-butanediol,ethylene glycol amine and ethylenediamine as post chain extenders respectively,a series of waterborne polyurethane were synthesized.The emulsion properties and application performance were compared and better chain extender was selected.The results showed that the molar ratio of DMPA and 1,4-butanediol was R'=1:1~1:2 and the properties of the finished fabric were superior.
