摘 要:为了研究不同热处理工艺对医用机织物性能的影响,探索了不同织物带液率(70%、80%)、不同热处理工艺(120℃~140℃,40min、60min、80min)后,织物的红外光谱、微观形貌、服用性能的变化,探讨最优工艺。结果表明:随着织物带液率的增加,各项性能逐渐增强;而随着烘干温度的升高,烘干时间的延长,各项性能逐渐减弱。因此,最佳处理工艺是织物带液率80%、烘干温度120℃、烘干时间40min,医用机织物的各项性能最优。In order to study the impacts of different heat treatment processes on the properties of medical woven fabric,the different liquid rate of fabric(70%,80%)and different heat treatment processes(120℃-140℃,40min,60min,80min)were explored.The infrared spectrum,microstructure and wearability of the fabric were tested to find the optimal process.The results showed that the properties improved gradually with the increase of liquid rate of fabric while the properties gradually decreased with the increase of drying temperature and drying time.Therefore,the optimal processing conditions were that the liquid rate of the fabric was 80%,the drying temperature 120℃,the drying time 40min,the performance of the medical woven fabric was the best.
