含双(苯硫基)甲烷的聚丙烯腈静电纺纳米纤维的制备与测试

摘  要:将双(苯硫基)甲烷加入聚丙烯腈纺丝液中,利用静电纺丝技术制得纳米纤维膜。通过对纤维的直径、纤维的形貌、热收缩性、耐酸碱行等测试筛选出较佳浓度,分析其结构变化。结果表明:双(苯硫基)甲烷的较佳用量为3wt%,其加入不改变纺丝液的表面张力和电导率。纺得的纤维直径较小,双(苯硫基)甲烷串珠能较好的镶嵌在聚丙烯腈纳米纤维上。纤维膜的耐热提升19%、耐酸碱性和离子电导率提高。Nanofiber membrane was prepared by adding bis(phenylthio)methane into polyacrylonitrile spinning solution.By analyzing different diameters,fiber morphology,heat shrinkability,acid and alkali resistance degree,the optimum concentration was screened and the structure changes were analyzed.The results showed that the optimal concentration of bis(phenylthio)methane was 3wt%and the added mass made no difference to the surface tension and ion conductivity of the spinning solution.The diameter of polyacrylonitrile nanofiber was relatively smaller,and the bis(phenylthio)methane could be well embedded in the polyacrylonitrile nanofibers.The heat resistance of fiber membrane increased by 19%and the acid and alkali resistance and ion conductivity improved.
