摘　　要：为研究复合乳化剂对重铵油炸药稳定性及爆速的影响,采用两种不同的乳化剂A(Span-80)和B(T-152),按照5种不同的配比制得乳胶基质,分别采用粘度计测量、高低温循环试验和水溶法对乳胶基质稳定性进行研究,并利用测时仪法对重铵油炸药的爆速进行了测量。实验结果表明:在5种不同乳化剂配比中,当w乳化剂A(Span-80)∶w乳化剂B(T-152)=1∶2时,配制的乳胶基质稳定性最好,对重铵油炸药的储存最有利,并且其爆速高于其他4种组合,达到1 650m/s。In order to study the effect of compound emulsifier on the stability and detonation velocity of heavy ammonium oil explosives,using two different kinds of emulsifier A(Span-80)and B(T-152),according to the five different proportion system of emulsion matrix,the stability of emulsion matrix was studied,by viscosity measuring,high and low temperature cycle experiment and water soluble method.Meanwhile,the heavy anfo explosives detonation velocity was measured by using time measurement instrument.Results show that when the mass ratio of emulsifier A(Span-80)to emulsifier B(T-152)is 1∶2,the latex substrate has the best stability,and its velocity is higher than other four combinations,which reaches 1 650m/s.
