摘 要:针对传统Zeta变换器电压增益低、二极管电压应力较高、变换器损耗较大等缺点,提出一种基于单元开关耦合电感的新型高增益单开关集成Zeta直流变换器,并对开关电感单元与输出电感进行了磁集成研究。通过推导变换器的工作模态,得到其电压增益表达式,同时分析了在电流连续工作模式情况下,电感电流纹波的大小。设计样机进行测试,实验结果表明:所提出的新型变换器较之传统Zeta变换器,具有高增益、低应力和高功率密度的优点。In order to overcome the defects of the traditional Zeta converter,such as lower voltage gain,higher diode voltage stress,and larger loss of converter,a new type of high gain switch integrated Zeta DC converter based on unit switch coupling inductance was proposed.Besides,the magnetic integration research was conducted on the switch inductance unit and output inductance.By deriving the working mode of the converter,the voltage gain expression was obtained,and the magnitude of the current ripple was analyzed in continuous current working mode.Prototype was designed for test.The experimental results show that the new converter proposed has the advantages of high gain,low stress and high power density relatively to traditional Zeta converter.
