摘 要:非隔离型并网逆变器因其体积小、重量轻、效率高等优点被广泛应用,但是漏电流问题严重制约非隔离型并网逆变器的发展。基于此,提出一种新型非隔离六开关光伏并网逆变器,该结构不仅可以有效抑制漏电流,同时该拓扑续流回路不经过性能较差的体二极管,有利于获得更高效率。为了提高入网电流质量,解决入网电流过零点畸变问题,采用单极性倍频正弦波脉宽调制方式。详细分析了该变换器的工作原理和相关参数。最后,通过仿真和实验验证了该逆变器的可行性。Non-isolatedgrid-connectedinvertersarewidelyusedfortheiradvantagesofsmallersize,lighterweight,and higher efficiency,but the leakage current problem severely restricts the development of non-isolated grid-connected inverters.Based on this,a new type of non-isolated six-switch photovoltaic grid-connected inverter was proposed.This structure could not only effectively suppress the leakage current,but also at the same time,the current in the topology did not pass through the body diode with poor performance,which was advantageous for obtaining higher efficiency.In order to improve the quality of the incoming network current and solve the problem of the zero-crossing distortion of the incoming current,the unipolar double frequency sinusoidal pulse width modulation method was adopted.The working principle and related parameters of the converter were analysed in detail.Finally,the feasibility of the inverter was verified by simulation and experiment.
