摘  要:提出了一种新型"IEEI"结构的四绕组耦合电感器,该耦合电感具有高功率密度、高对称化和可调节耦合系数的特点,适用于四相并联且交错控制的双向直流变换器。推导了电路和集成磁件磁路对应的关系,分析其磁通及边缘气隙磁阻的分布,给出集成电感器的分布式气隙长度和磁芯尺寸设计准则,以及变换器各相电感之间耦合系数的设计准则。通过有限元仿真和实验样机测试,验证了所提新型耦合电感器正确性和可实施性。A new type of four winding inductor with IEEI structure was presented,which had the characteristics of high power density,high symmetry and adjustable coupling coefficient.It was suitable for four phase parallel and interleaved bidirectional DC converter.The relationship between the circuit and the magnetic circuit of the integrated magnet was deduced,and the distribution of magnetic flux and edge gap magnetic resistance were analyzed.The design criterion of the distributed air gap length and the core size of the integrated inductor was given,and the design criterion of the coupling coefficient between the phase inductances of the converter was given.The correctness and feasibility of the new coupling inductor were verified by the finite element simulation and the test of the experimental prototype.
