摘 要:某电厂空冷机组生产运行7个月后,空冷岛钢结构平台部分箱形截面斜撑角部焊缝出现开裂现象。经现场调查,发现斜撑开裂部位为半熔透焊并且底部因上部空调水流入存在较多积水,为保证空冷机组生产运行安全,需要对钢支撑焊缝开裂问题进行分析。本文采用有限元软件ABAQUS粘聚力模型,考虑所有因素后对构件在半熔透焊和全熔透焊条件下进行了4种不同工况下的模拟分析,与现场真实调查情况相对比,证实了开裂是由于焊缝未完全焊透及积水结冰共同影响下造成的,在此基础上提出了合理的加固方案。An air-cooling unit facility was rebuilt from a power plant.After 7-months’work,the phenomenon that weld is cracking occurred in the box-section bracing corner weld of steel platform of air-cooling island.From site investigation,it is found that the crack area is partial penetration welded and there is a lot of water at the bottom due to the upper air conditioning water inflow.To ensure the safety of operation of air-cooling unit,it’s necessary to investigate the weld cracking problems of steel brace.This article uses the cohesive zone model in the finite element software ABAQUS.Then takes all factors into account and carries out the simulation analysis under 4 different working conditions under partial fusion penetration and full penetration welding conditions of steel brace.Comparing with the actual investigation,confirms the real reason of component cracking and puts forward the reasonable reinforcement scheme.
